Purchase - sale rules


General provisions
This purchase-sale agreement establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of Kūrybo studija "Rasa Nakviša" (hereinafter - the Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter - the Buyer) when purchasing goods in the electronic store "nakvisa.shopiteka.lt".

Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
1. The buyer, having selected the goods offered to him, forms an order basket.
2. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the necessary data for the order (name, surname, telephone, delivery address, etc.).
3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the buyer presses the button to confirm the order.
4. After sending the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation of the conclusion of the contract.

Payment and delivery
1. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods within one working day, in the form of payment offered by the Seller. If the Buyer does not pay the price within the set term, it is considered that the Buyer refuses to perform the contract, therefore the Seller has the right to suspend the execution of the order.
2. The Seller undertakes to send the goods ordered by the Buyer and available in the warehouse at the time of ordering in Lithuania to the address indicated in Lithuania within 1-3 working days from the day of payment for the goods.

Buyer's rights and obligations
1. The buyer has the right to buy in the store under the conditions and according to the procedure.
2. The buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price within the term specified in the rules and to accept the ordered goods.
3. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data or an incorrect address, the Buyer undertakes to pay all shipping or other additional costs incurred as a result.

Rights and obligations of the seller
1. The seller has the right to unilaterally adjust the rules. The rules in force at the time of placing the order apply.
2. The seller has the right, if necessary, to obtain information identifying the buyer and confirming his right to conclude the contract.

Returning the goods
1. Return of goods is possible by the Minister of Economy in 2001. August 17 by order no. 258 approved in accordance with the established procedure “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication”.
The goods are returned by the buyer at his own expense. Replacement and return of the goods is possible only if the goods have not been used, are not damaged and have not lost their appearance. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product are not considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product.
2. Expenses that constitute delivery of the goods shall not be reimbursed to the buyer.
3. If you paid for the product with a discount coupon, the coupon will be returned, as well as the additional amount paid. Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash.

Promotions and gifts
1. In the case of promotions, when a gift is received for exceeding a certain amount of money in the shopping cart, the gift must be returned in the event of the return of the goods.
2. Gifts and prizes are not exchangeable for cash

Final Provisions
All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
